This salon was my third try at a local spot in Burlington after moving here from Toronto and I think I’ve finally found my new go-to spot! Mitchell was fantastic. I hadn’t gotten my haircut in over a year and he listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions on how to spice things up a bit while keeping my length. He was so easy to talk to and gave me lots of helpful tips to better maintain my natural hair (as well as some sample products!). The receptionist was also the friendliest of any salon I’ve tried in Burlington and overall the vibe was kind, friendly and professional.

There is a famous saying “Let your hair do the talking” .... this actually happens here!! There customer service is excellent along with color application to headwash massage.... Really loved my visit... Tamara was so nice ; actually everyone in this store was nice and polite . They delivered what I wanted them to do with L’Oréal INOA .... Additionally, it was my first time with them but for sure now I am their loyal customer... Thank you Venere Salon specially Tamara for making my hairs talking 😍...

I visited Venere Salon for the first time last week. I had been in for a colour consultation earlier and was happy to know that the colourist remembered me 🙂 She had great suggestions for getting my hair to the colour I wanted and didn’t disappoint! I left the salon happier than I have been in awhile with my hair. The colour was great and I felt like myself again. I had a blow dry and style as well which added to the experience!

Polished professional service from my first phone call until my exit. Joy was a delight; she asked all the right questions to ensure my lowlights & cut were perfect. I will definitely return as I think I have found my new stylist!
