Went for a shellac manicure after taking two months to grow out my nails. I don't know what shape the manicurist was going for but the sides were different angles and not even straight. When I went home I had to cut them and shape them myself. Manicure peeled off within a week. Never going back. Had she spent more attention to the manicure than trying to upsell me their services maybe it would have been better.

I came with my mom in a rush and we needed trims and a haircut respectively,it was a walk in and Peggy,a hairstylist happened to be available,she smilingly ushered us in,my mom had a flight to catch later that day and she very efficiently delivered perfect results in a short given period of time,we loved chatting with her as she gave us fabulous haircuts,I wish her all the best and am very satisfied with her performance as a hairstylist!! I wanted a specific style and she was awesome and quickly gave me the cut I needed,I loved how she interacted wih me and asked what I needed and did exactly that! I have thick curly hair and hate how other hair stylists thin my hair with shears but she was aware of my texture and asked if I needed thinning to which I declined! I absolutely love that! I wish her all the best in her future efforts and career,I highly recommend her,always and forever!

We went to Frenzi in the mall to get my somewhat squamish boyfriend a trim and we met Peggy and she was professional and made him feel relaxed as she gave him a trim !. he was so happy with the trim (it had been 6 years since his last one) and the service that he tipped her very well !.He even promised he will visit her annually to continue the upkeep ! his hair is past his bum and was very dry but had a hard time trusting anyone with his precious hair !. Now he has Peggy his hair is smooth and awesome ! Thank you

I will never go there again I think it was the bigger lady who is the boss was being so rude when I was in there looking at the sale items. She lucky I donâ€™t work there . Donâ€™t go there horrible place
