Bad experience. Went to return a sealed and unopened curling iron that was a Christmas present for my wife. Apparently they don’t refund for appliances(curling irons). Really? That’s not cool but okay now what? They said either exchange for something else or you can get a gift card. I said a gift card since I don’t know what else my wife might want. The girl said okay, but we don’t have any gift cards. Okay, what? You are a chain store that doesn’t have gift cards? The manager has to order them from head office. We should have more in next Tuesday. Come back then. Okay fine, I come back on the following Wednesday. The girl says sorry the manager didn’t order the gift certificates. We will call you to let you know when they are in. Great, I’ve wasted my time coming in 2 times now. Not impressed. Finally after a few more weeks I get a call. They are in. So I go in for a 3rd time. But this time I notice one of my kids has knocked the bag with the curling iron on the floor in the car and the box is a bit wet from snow getting in the bag and melting. Not so great. So I bring it in and tell the girl what must have happened. She calls her manager and sends a picture. The manager says we can’t except that. Great, because they didn’t have simple gift card the 2 times before I went in now I have to keep this thing because the box was slightly wet? (Box pictured below after wiping it off). They need to get there act together at this location. Just a very disappointing experience and waste of time.
