I have been going here for years and love it! For the price the service is really good. The area is very clean and looks professional. Enough space for social distancing and they are cautious about it as they have masks on and clean their hands repeatedly. They use professional products for hair colour. The KEY thing i would recommend is to clearly state what you want right when you meet the person giving you the service. When ever i go to do my eyebrows. I always tell them how i exactly want my eyebrows to look. I usually say "a clean up and not too thin". If it is your first time then you should check the shape when they are done the first eyebrow to see if you like it. It is currently $5 for eyebrows and $3 for upper lip. For hair I like to book with Sadaf, she knows what she's doing and has her tips but you also need to tell her what you really want. I got highlights done for $70 and haircut for $30 so ended up paying about $120 including tip and eyebrows.

Laadis is the absolute best place to get an affordable Brazilian and your eyebrows done for $40. I have been going here for 15 years now, found them in university and still travel 35 minutes to come back. All the ladies are lovely and welcoming. It's always nice to see such a diverse group of clientele who patronize which speaks to what a great place this is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I should have better read the reviews before I went to this place.I called them if I can come for eyebrow threading and haircut at 5.30pm.If they couldn't take me they should have said 'No we are full' or busy. They told me to come and the hairstylist Shawna (she has lots of bad reviews on their google reviews)I came to know after my appointment with them as I felt really bad with her sevice .She first of all asked about hairwash and I said no but they didn't mention at the beginning when I asked haircut price if the wash was included.I have been to the customer friendly parlours were they say what all are included.She did haircut in less than 5 mts!!!!and I came home and saw I still have some hair ends she missed to cut and they are not customer friendly.I felt like she just want to finish and the Manager of the parlour just want money for the sake of haircut!!!.Eyebrow threading wasn't too bad first one person did and then finished by their Manager.I asked for a small mirror to see the brows when they are done and the first lady said they don't have!!!what kind of service they have??? and finally only cash no cards for payment this was my second time with them. I am not going back and I won't recommend this place to anyone!!!

My wife went for a haircut and was the worst haircut of her life. Even 1 star is not deserved by them. They did layering in 5 minutes without even wetting hair. They have a specialist for this job who didn't even listen to customer needs. She was in a hurry to attend next customer even when my wife went there on an appointment. Customer service is zero. Avoid this place if you don't want to make a joker of yourself.
