I have been going to Chic since they started up. I am a loyal customer and always will be. The service is always so welcoming from when you walk in until you leave. Jenny is my hair stylist and is incredible at what she does, I recommend her to anyone. Pauline is also amazing at her services. The owner is very involved and is running an exceptional business. I will always be back guys!

Pauline always knows how to take care of me every time I’m there. Whether it be for my eyebrows, lashes or a nice facial. The atmosphere in her room is so peaceful and welcoming with the aromas diffusing. I always leave feeling so refreshed! Looking forward to my next visit!

Got an eyebrow wax. The staff is friendly and timely. They also offer very reasonable prices. The facility was clean and had a nice aesthetic to it. Would recommend and will be back.

I am new to Kingston. Finding a new (good ) salon can be daunting . I contacted several after online searches , had a consultation here , and then proceeded with hair services . Sometimes , salons can be very pretentious or intimidating . Not the case here . Super friendly , knowledgeable, accommodating and professional ! Fletcher literally gave me the best blonde I’ve ever had. (And with such ease & grace , as my hair was difficult to work with) In the past , I’ve gone to “high profile” salons and paid 3 times as much, Sat in the chair 3 times longer , & with results not even half this good! Fletcher was patient , friendly and professional. I am so happy I found this salon . 🙏

I did wax my chest, stomach and fullback. Pauline was very courteous and professional. She has a nice tactic to divert your attention from the wax experience :) I am a hairy person and I would say it was a pleasant experience and will definitely come back. Just need Summer to officially start now. Thanks Pauline and good luck with your adventures.
