I made a highlighting appointment with Voila, and was very satisfied! My colourist was Bronwin, and she did a fantastic job! I told her what I wanted, and she delivered exactly what I wanted! Kudos to the woman who did the washing of my hair and the blowout. When she was washing my hair, she also massaged my head and temples, which felt amazing! She was also a pro at the blowout! Thank you for the outstanding job, it is much appreciated!

Wonderful place, warm and inviting. They don't offer beverages because of covid. Prices are reasonable and their products are all natural, earth sustainable if that's important to you

I asked 3 simple things and got none. Don't cut it above this point, layer it in the back, layer it in the front staring from my chin. I told her that I didn't have the confidence to cut my hair too short since it's been long for such a long time. Such simple requests. And she was a senior hair stylist. She cut it shorter than I wanted, and didn't layer it anywhere! It was done so fast and I was lead out so quickly that I didn't realize my hair was nothing like I asked for until I was outside. She didn't even take a minute to show it to me and ask if the length she was going to cut was okay, which everyone I've ever been to always does. I honestly don't get it, she just cut my hair however she wanted in the simplest, the most plain looking shape possible. I'm not going back. I understand that this is a busy time and you want to get things done quickly but, oh my God, a girl's hair affects their confidence, just say you're not available if you can't do it right.
