Marcia was nice but she put the wax all over my two legs and then after that she started using the fabric to take it off. But the wax had already started to dry by then and so it was EXTREMELY PAINFUL Iâ€™ve been waxing for 10 years and Iâ€™ve never been in that much pain. Because the wax started to dry instead of pulling out the hair the hair was ripping. I went home and my legs were not well done. AND SHE BRUISED ME!!!!

Affordable prices, and wonderful staff. They did a great job with my hair and I was very pleased with the outcome.

Horrible customer service . I had a Groupon for a mani ped. And I was coming from out of town.I called the shop to inform them that I was stuck in construction traffic and probably would be late. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, when I got there the manicurist greeted me vey rudely and informed me that she would not take me because she had another client coming in 20 minutes. She did not care that I drove 40 minutes from out of town and that I called , she just walked away from me , I have never encountered such rude service. I tell everyone to avoid this place .
