I have been with Sheri at Hair City for over 15 years. I only have good things to say. She is a great stylist and colourist. I am able to tell her what I want and she delivers. If Iâ€™m unsure of what I want she gives me positive feedback for the best look for me. Her salon is clean and she has great staff. Definitely a 5 star place. You will not be disappointed.

Sheri has been doing my hair for about 12 years now. Customer service, prices, salon quality and atmosphere are all fantastic. I get so many compliments on my hair and its definitely because of her, not me! My daughter just had her hair done in pink and purple (she's 10) and she loves it. Highly recommend this salon.

Sheri did an amazing job on my hair. She got it the white blonde that I love and she cut my bangs perfect, which some people seem to struggle with! :) I am very happy with the service I got from Sheri and highly recommend getting your hair done by her. Her salon is cute and very clean.

Sheri has been cutting my hair for 22 years. Never had a bad haircut. Everyone who works there has been very friendly and accomodating.

Deplorable and unprofessional customer service. I had booked an appointment a week in advance for a shampoo and blowout as I was travelling from Toronto to attend a family wedding. I arrived 10 minutes late and was told by a woman at the desk to come back tomorrow as the person (Mary-Ann) who was scheduled to do my hair, was now unavailable. In the meantime, Mary-Ann was standing outside the shop smoking and never acknowledging she had a client inside. I left extremely upset and with very little time to find another salon who would be able to accept a walk in. Having grown up in Orillia, I still have many friends and connections in the area and have spread the word of the horrible treatment I was given here! Thumbs down. Doesn't deserve one star.
