I have been coming to this salon ever since I was a wee one, and I have literally never gone anywhere else for a haircut. I have always left feeling absolutely, movie-star beautiful, thanks especially to Roxane. Cuts and stylings are reasonably priced, and quality with a capital Q. I have gone to In Fringe and had my hair styled by Roxane for my grade eight graduation, prom, and recently my wedding. The atmosphere at In Fringe could not be more welcoming. Reception is prompt, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Coffee or tea is always offered, which I find to be a very warm and classy gesture. I love coming here. I do not know what T.W. deemed wrong with their haircut (probably because they did not bother to specify), but YES, there is a decent place to get your hair cut in Oshawa. It's In Fringe.

Great place to get your hair cut ! I don't go anywhere else ! Reasonably priced and they are very welcoming and understanding even if you are a "co/no-pooer" I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a quality cut and style :)
