I have been a client of Michelle’s for years & am so very happy she is back in my area again. She is very attentive to my personal wants/needs, always listens to & delivers exactly what I want each & every time. I am never disappointed. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for an amazing stylist, as I can say with full confidence that she is the only one I trust with my hair care needs.

Paid 45 dollars for my son's haircut. Magic cuts would have done a better job at half the price. Seriously it looks like they put a bowl on his head and cut around. Are the stylists new? Absolutely do not go there

Fusion salon in Whitby, Ontario, is one of the worst and racist salons you can ever go to. Extremely poor customer service; especially if you are colored, just don't expect that you would be treated with respect and dignity. We have been to so many high-end salons in Scarborough where we have been treated with respect. We just moved to Whitby recently, so I Googled for best salon in Whitby, and this Fusion salon was one of the tops on the list (not quite sure how), so I booked the appointments for myself and my three years old daughter. I went for my appointment first, and the barber, Nikki, was sweet; the job was okay yet I liked her service. After two days of my appointment, I took my three-year-old on her birthday to get her hair done. We went inside, Nikki was busy so she asked us to wait in the lobby area. So we were just waiting quietly. Nikki needed more time than expected so she asked us to allow our daughter to play with the sink, water tap, and the seating area so she could get familiar with the area. So my daughter was just turning the tap on and off and she was being very gentle with that tap. She was just turning the tap on and off. There was this short barber who came to my husband pointing to a corner place and said that "you go move there because I have to pay for the tap if your daughter breaks the tap" with an attitude. And, he was going on and on. It wasn't acceptable for him to speak that way; on top of it, we didn't come inside and intervened intentionally. We have been asked by Nikki, an employee at the salon. He was so disrespectful with his disgusting attitude. Nikki saw and heard the whole conversation yet she didn't come and said that she was the one who asked us in the first place to play with the tap and chair. She remained quiet and didn't even look our way; she was just across to the sink. She didn't even bother to stand up; as an employee, I could understand her situation when her boss was behaving like a maniac. We canceled our appointment and got out of that ridiculous racist salon. We explained to the guy yet he didn't apologize or didn't even speak to us with respect. He didn't show any dignity and empathy. I wouldn't recommend this place to any respectable human being. If you are someone who values respect, trust, and dignity, you wouldn't want to consider going to this salon, Fusion in Whitby.

Michelle has been doing my hair for years! I'm so glad I found her again! My favourite hairstylist! always walk out happy when I get my hair done by Michelle!!!
