For a busy Salon and Spa this place runs like a well oilled machine. The staff works well together and it shows with many returning scheduled clients that are loyal to particular stylists. I was amazed at the number questions that I was asked before my actual service began. They really took the time to find out what I wanted, what the outcome I hoped to achieve by the end of my appointment. I had the pleasure of having Ashley attend to me for my appointment. She was amazing! So friendly, listened and worked within my budget. I really like that fact she didn't try to up sell me on any other services. And she was wasn't pushing treatments down y throat. I am very happy with my hair and will be visiting Lavish again!

I used to get great colour and cuts, but the last 4 times I have not been happy with either the colour or cut. This time the young lady was a little too excited to cut my hair in a graduated bob. I should have taken the hint that she had never done a cut like this before. And I am surprised that she is a master stylist. She definitely needs more training. Since the owners opened up their Brooklin salon, I am finding the Whitby salon is more for the beginner stylists. Sorry folks that's just my last few experiences at this salon.

My new favourite salon. I did not have to wait at all from the beginning and between transitioning services, it was all seamless and with friendly, caring staff taking care. My facial was amazing, she made sure there was time for a hand massage while a facial treatment was sitting. Really gentle with my face, so relaxing! I was offered coffee or tea afterward to go with my hair service. She introduced my to the hairstylist, didn't just sit me down somewhere. My hairstylist gave me a scalp massage first thing before a nice hair wash. During my cut I was offered a complimentary hand massage! My hairstylist was awesome and made sure to make me feel comfortable letting her know what I want. Sometimes at salons there is an attitude of false pride or superiority that can make the customer feel pressure. Not here. The staff seem happy and confident and actually treat you like a client. The prices and offers are so great and I got a $15 off hair services gift card as a first visit gift. They know how to run a business! I'll be back soon!

First and only hair salon to actually colour my hair the way I asked it to be coloured. The woman doing my hair was very nice and professional, and did a wonderful job! Thanks Shabi, I love my hair.

Always a great experience for facials! Vanessa is wonderful and my skin looked and felt great. So relaxed when I left. Already pre-booked for next month!
