I booked an appointment for my daughter-in-law and myself to get our hair done for a special occassion. We are from out of town - Toronto. We had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and talented. Our hairdos lasted the evening! If you need a blow dry or an up-do this is the place to go.

Awesome. Caroline at the front desk is amazing and polite. Anyone in Customer Service could learn from this lady. Domâ€™s been cutting my hair for years and Iâ€™ve never even thought of going anywhere else since. Now my wife and kids all go there also. FIVE STARSâ€¼ï¸

it hit me the other day that I had never seen any sort of advertisement for FC, and that the signage is fairly subdued. I started going here a dozen-plus years ago after stopping a stranger with a terrific cut and asking where she went. In the ensuing years I have recommended them to anyone on the hunt for a better stylist. Why on earth _would_ they ever need to advertise? If you have fine hair, Frankie is a miracle and will end years of frustration over the usual lifeless, imprecise cuts.
