What a great haircut! It had been a while since I had a decent cut and my hair was a mess! Nicole fixed my COVID cut beautifully! Beautiful building with a nice spa atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Customer service was good. Had a Mani/pedi combo. They don't do a pre soak for manicures though, which I found odd. They were also using a different brand of base/top coat I've never seen before. Only 3 stars b/c the very next morning, the nail polish was chipping badly and came off entire nails on my hands. I hadn't touched anything all night- and let it dry fully! Was lucky that I had bought the OPI color before the service, and could redo it myself. As this has never happened before, I emailed to advise them- in case there was an issue with one of the products- or asked if it could be b/c of taking a hot bath--- I was told that the issues were b/c I had a hot bath in the morning, and not their products. I've never experienced that after a manicure anywhere. So very odd overall.
