Chloe made my experience at Emporium amazing. She took the time to listen during our consultation and never did I feel rushed. I was experiencing a ton of breakage after being pregnant. Chloe listened to what I had to say and gave me a great cut. I am not sure how she fixed my bangs/breakage but she did a terrific Job! I had been to two other hairdressers and neither one left me feeling satisfied. Thank you, Chloe!! I love my hair!! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

I have been going to Allison for about 6 months (usually get a cut about once a month) and she always does a great job on my hair. Allison is extremely friendly and professional, along with everyone in the salon. I'm telling all my friends about Emporium!

I had a fantastic experience at Emporium Hair. Itâ€™s a beautiful salon with welcoming and friendly staff. Magan was amazing and took the time to listen and make suggestions, and my hair turned out awesome. I would highly recommend.

I saw great reviews for this hair salon online so I went in one week ago and requested a caramel balayag hair colour. The hair stylist was very nice. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted and she said she could pull it off. Throughout the appointment she applied different techniques then a balayag and only applied highlights to 3/4 of my head. I asked her during the appointment if what she was doing was going to turn out the way I wanted and she said yes so I trusted her judgment. In the end it turned out much different then what I initially requested, with copper highlights instead of a caramel balayag. In addition to this I was upsold products that I was told would maintain the colour quality. I left having spent $275 with tip. I waited a few days to wash my hair and after I did the colour became more brassy and faded. I called and spoke to the receptionist and requested that they correct the mistake and they booked me in for a consult. When I arrived for the consult I was asked to wait as they took care of another client. I ended up waiting at least half an hour before the manager came to the waiting area to speak to me. I explained to her what happened and she offered to book me in for another appointment to correct my hair with no discount being offered. I was very dissappointed that was all they had to offer me and was not interested in spending anymore money so declined. I had very high hopes for this place and unfortunately was very dissappointed with the quality of product and customer recovery provided.
