Iâ€™ve had some good cuts. My preferred hairdresser left, and I forgot her name, so I cannot find her new salon. There seem to be organization issues at this location. Iâ€™ve been given mixed closing times from google and when in person, speaking to an employee. Came in for a haircut 15 minutes to close, and the manager was unsympathetic, ushering me out and only becoming agitated when I said I thought hours used to be or might still be later. Definitely a salon worth trying, but theyâ€™ve lost my business.

Greeted with a lady smoking right outside the door, turns out that was my hairdresser, she was the only one there. I specifically said I want it a specific way, I said â€œdonâ€™t cut it short I just want some of it cut offâ€ then she proceeds to cut my hair making no conversation or asking about my day or what I want done. Eventually my hair was almost completely cut off I was majorly disappointed. I didnâ€™t leave a tip and will not be returning.
