Horrible service. I just moved to the Niagara area and was a new customer. The hair dresser did not introduce herself nor did she create a welcoming environment for me. She did not listen for how I wanted my hair to be done. When she cut my hair, it was cut uneven. No effort was made to fix it the second time after fixing it the first time. The customer service was very bad and unpleasant.

I hadn't had a haircut in over a year, my hair was boring and breaking. I am a student so I told them my budget and the look I was going for and that was achieved. I left feeling and looking so much better!
