Great Service! Always a fun time! My nails are always done the way that I want and I am always made to feel at home there! I will never go anywhere else!

Literally the worst. i would give this nail salon a 0 out of 5. I came there at around 4:30 with no appointment, they accepted me even though they close at 5. I was doing acrylic nails and that took a bit long. The worker was so in a hurry when doing my nails to the point where it hurt. When she was using the file machine she wounded me and just said â€œ oh â€œ without any apology. I told her to slow down and she responded saying â€œ why? I dont have all day to do thisâ€. The finish product did not satisfy my expectation. They should have just said they were closing in the first place and I would rather go to a better place. I was exited to do my nails that day since i was visiting vancouver, and my country did not have good nail salons. The lady doing my nails was extremely in a hurry, and there were loud phone calls every minute. I would rather not be accepted from the start. Will definitely never ever come back and I recommend you to not come here.

I've been coming here a few times now and I really like the service. They are quick to sit you down when it isn't too busy and they did a really great job on each pedicure I've had. The manicures are great sometimes depending on how busy it is or who does them but I'd say they're consistently good for gel nails! Tldr: they're quick and great.

If I could give a lower star I would. I went and got my hair done in June of last year, right before my prom... needless to say it was absolutely atrocious. I asked for a balayage and I got 5 yellow unblended streaks, and half brown and half blonde hair cut right in the middle. It only took her an hour and a half and my hair was down to my bum before I had to chop it all off because she killed it. I then went back with my friend who is a licensed hair dresser and said â€œthis isnâ€™t what I wanted, please fix it â€œ and then she took the 5 blonde streaks out and was going to charge me to wash it out. So I went home with the colour in my hair and she said â€œsheâ€™s not your friend if she wonâ€™t fix your hair for youâ€. Which makes no sense because she didnâ€™t make the mess in the first place. I posted a picture of it but canâ€™t seem to attach it to the review. I have never been so disappointed in this salon. Luckily, my friend was brave enough to take on this colour correction and helped me feel confident again. I made an appointment the same day to come on at 4pm. The person didn't book me in the book. She said 4pm is a better time to come in I get here and I have to wait 30 min. They close at 5. She doesn't own up to her mistakes and said she wasn't the one who answered the phone. Lastly I told them last time that I didn't want Michael and when he walked on while I was waiting he was told to help me. I said I wanted someone else. Now they gave me a colour pallet and I said I want the same colour. They don't keep client cards. I don't remember. The pallet is old and faded and the colours I picked last time are darker in my nails. She said. We don't get a lot of people then contradicted herself saying we get many ppl and don't remember so I said a good business would keep cards. "Dont tell me what to do, we don't have to" this is why there's a problem to begin with. I come here with an appointment and wait 30 min then they force me to look through a colour pallet. They don't value their clients. Especially the owner the woman I was talking to.
