Seriously, one of the DIRECTORS there should go back to school and learn how to do proper hair cut. I came to the salon last week asking to get a bang cut, I asked the receptionist to introduce a director for me. This DIRECTOR showed up with a very messy hair, not those trendy messy style, but the one looks like she never comb her hair after she woke up in the morning… I told myself, don’t judge people by their looks, even she is s a stylist….OK, then I showed her the picture of the hair I want, I even pointed to her it’s exactly the same style as two other girls working in her salon, she said ok, she got it, I thought she got it too, since it’s a very trendy and common hairstyle recently. Here is the result: not mentioned that my hair ended up looking very stupid and no way likes the picture I showed her, I found at least two very ridiculous problem that she has as being a DIRECTOR or even as an inexperienced hairstylist! 1. She had trouble parting my hair in the middle, I never learnt hair cutting , so maybe I underestimated how hard it is for parting the hair, but I assume the nose is a pretty good reference object to find the middle of head, isn’t it???2.She had sever trouble of simply keeping hair sympathetic. ie: she cut hair in different length for BOTH bangs, and for the sides, even after she measured the hair for a few times.…Seriously, I wanna cry after she's finally done. I am not a picky customer, I don’t normally leave bad reviews, I only did it twice in my life so far, and this is one of them. I really hope that the DIRECTOR I mentioned have chance to read this comment and improve her skills, because she may not have idea how much a bad hair style can upset people, and there is no way to fix it until the hair grow longer. Also, she definitely has a bad influence on the other stylist working there, as she considered the DIRECTOR there, people may assume the other stylist maybe bad or even worse than her!

Went to this salon for the first time. My hairdresser was Eugene. From the moment I was seated, the salon /Eugene made me feel very welcomed. The service : colour /style was excellent. My hair was done exactly how I wanted it. The only suggestion I'd liked to mention, is that the salon should maybe consider getting larger round brushes for clients that have thick and curly hair 😄. I was also impressed on how the staff works as a team. Highly recommend giving this salon a try!

Poor results, mediocre service, and unfair "company policies". After 5 hours in the chair, the new colour and the old colour were not blended nicely together. My primary reason to go to the salon was to get a stylist to help blend my old colour and new growth together, so I wasn't happy. The stylist tried to fix it, so I sat there for another 2 hours. She put more bleach on it, but because it didn't process enough (it was almost closing time), it caused some patchy colouring (some brassy and some ashy parts), but said it would "fade" and blend together eventually. After 2 weeks, I realized that the brassy colour and ashy colour were never going to blend together, so I called the salon and told them I was not happy with the results. They told me that their company policy was that they only have free "redos" within 1 week of the service and they would have to charge to fix it. I felt that this was unfair, given that I was told that it would fade and blend in, and that it was only 2 weeks later! They told me to come in anyways and that they would give me a "discount" on it. I went in hoping that when they saw this, they'd be embarrassed enough to fix their mistake without charge. They did not and was pretty much charging what other places would charge for a full head of color. I felt that for the price I paid ($425+ with tip), the results should be pretty damn good. Oh well, my mistake -- I have warned you! Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake by supporting this unreasonable business.

Best service ever. Not going anywhere else ever again for another haircut or colour job. Ask for Yuki! You won't believe how many people ask me where I got my colour done! The compliments are insane! Absolutley in love. My hair has never been so healthy!

After two visits to this salon I left very disappointed! On my first visit. The receptionist appointed me an ’experience hairdresser’. she was novice at best with my hair and gave me a completely different cut from what was discussed. After several months out of convenience I gave air plus another chance. I've asked for an art director but the reception appointed me a director. This time a young man cut my hair. Again quite mechanical and was not what I've asked. The result looks very unkept and poorly done. As a result, I have to go to a barber now is to undo the poor cuts. In general, unprofessional receptionist, and unskilled hairdresser.
