I had been looking for a hairdresser who specialises in curly hair for a year. This is very difficult to find. I had a bad experience with another hairdresser a year ago and hadn't cut my hair since. Jillian was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful to her for that now. Jillian is very professionnal and patient with hair that needs too much attention. She did a great job and I am so thankful to her.

Recommended by friend and was very pleased! Beautiful space, great products, great people. Left my first appointment a bit disappointed as the colour wasnâ€™t as strong as we had discussed - however, they were very understanding and quick to remedy and adjust, free of charge. Miko was an all star! Will certainly return for future colouring and cuts.

I've been going to Trim for 3 years now and always look forward to my visit - loving the vibe and personal service. You can be chatty or quiet - tea and music is always nice. Jocelyn is my stylist and always does exactly what I'm looking for - even if I don't know it. Her colour work is excellent and the haircut and lovely shampoo never disappoints. She's very busy so you need to plan and book ahead but well worth it!
