I popped in for a walk in hair cut. They squeezed me in and seated me almost right away and were very friendly and talkative. The place is clean and professional, and the stylists are very cool and easy to talk to. Only thing is my stylist was either inexperienced or not the best listener. I asked for a blunt, minimalist bob. My stylist asked me if I'd like it to be a bit shorter in the back, and have it slope a bit longer towards the front. An a-line bob in other words. I said yes, as long as it's blunt not layered. Then she did the opposite. It was long in the back and then shorter as it came towards my chin. As my hair dried, it was not blunt, but a bit textured. Upon closer inspection, the hair on the left side of my face was nearly an inch longer than the right side. If you're going to do whatever anyways, why ask? I'll have to wait about 6 months for the short bits around my face to grow out so I can re cut it into something flattering. I've had better haircuts from my own washroom.
