Almost every single time coming in for an appointment there be some kind of mix up. There excuse always being that there must have been a mix up with the receptionist. Been going 2 years. Had my last appointment for over a month. When I went in they told me "they called" to let me know my hair stylist left. They did not. They made no effort to get ahold of me or take accountability for the mistake.
Never going back. And would not recommend to anyone who wants a reliable hair salon.
**again telling me that you contacted me is not acceptable. I have the salons number saved in my phone and also have voicemail which I never received a message. Learn to accept your mistakes, own them and apologize. Giving excuses to clients and being defensive is not customer care.
