Know before you buy anything from this store. Check out the photo of the item I purchased. There are no price tags. I go to the counter and it rang in at almost $70. I paid. I went back to check on the smaller package and it also did not have a price tag. I went to the counter and asked how much it costed. I wanted to exchange my puchase for the smaller version. This is when I was told they are not able to refund the purchase I made 5 minutes ago. They can only put it on a gift card. Then the lady says look at the sign (small) saying that you can only exchange. I have not left the store yet and the purchase was made 5 minutes ago. So letting you all know that there is no refund policy. Only exchange with the not so nice folks behind the counter.

Horrible service. Purchased a hair mask and was never advised of return policy at time of purchase, nor did they provide me with a receipt? I came back two days later to return unused item, as I found something more suitable, and was told I could only exchange. The girl was very rude, when I asked if manager was available, she said "she will tell you same thing so I dunno" and just shrugged. I asked for the contact, emailed "Hayley" on July 11, still have not received a reply. Super unprofessional. Will not be shopping here again. Product range is decent but the customer service is deplorable, and return policy is unreasonable. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere like chatters or Sephora.

The staff is super friendly. The hair dresser that did my hair was so outgoing and so nice to talk to she definitely knows her stuff!! The salon was super clean and very nice. I would definitely go back there. I definitely highly recommend this salon

Came in for dry shampoo and a hair mask and I also got excellent service! I was able to get my dry shampoo and some samples for a hair mask so I could see what my hair likes. I will def return - great friendly service!!!!

Awesome experience here getting my hair done. The hairdresser is young and newer but knows her stuff. She was very friendly and did a great job. The price was great too! Highly recommended.
