I recently moved to Vancouver and have been searching for a place to have a quality hair cut. So glad I stumbled upon Kanako. I had a pleasant experience as soon as I walked into the door. Amazing customer service. They genuinely treat you with care. I was offered water and a towel as it was pouring rain and I was soaked. Jasmine, the hairdresser, was attentive and thorough. She did a great job. Thank you for not just providing an amazing service but treating me well. Will definitely be back here!

Thank it was very lovely and everyone was nice ....I just think the cut was too short and not exactly what I wanted. I showed a pic of what I want but asked it to be a bit shorter...it's a lot shorter now.... I couldn't do anything about it....after....I would still come back again....maybe....yhe service was good and professional

I booked a hair cut here and got the junior stylist. She cannot cut hair ... 3rd party confirmed (went to a salon in downtown and they actually said "this is a terrible hair cut!"). Decided to give the place a second chance a few weeks later since the Google reviews were so good. I went in for a treatment and they only did my roots .... Then charged me for full length hair! (About twice the price for an already expensive treatment.) I also mentioned that I was not happy with the cut during the visit... So they asked the same junior stylist to cut it again! She did the exact same thing. I did not say anything... What's the point. The whole thing was such a bad experience. I paid the outrageous bill and left. I will not be returning.

Aesthically cute salon with a relaxed atmosphere. Junior stylist, Jasmine, did an amazing job for my haircut as always. All staff there are professional and friendly! Would definitely recommend this place :)
