Poor Service

I took my 3.5-year-old daughter for ear piercing. I had a horrible experience that I want to share so that other folks think twice before they take their child there. Instead of two people piercing ears at the same time the woman pierced one ear at a time and my daughter gets so scared after she did her one ear that she does not want anyone to touch her other ear. The service was so unprofessional. They should have pierced the two ears together since they cannot expect a child to calm down and go through that pain again. Bullshit service. SHITTY OWNER GOOD FOR NOTHING

No debit under $10, which I've never heard of. Credit, maybe, but debit? So my eyebrow threading was $7 and having not been there before I didn't bring cash. She asked if she could add $3 to my bill to do debit and I said absolutely, I would have tipped that much anyway! She started arguing that no, I have to tip on TOP of the extra money she's charging me. I'm sorry? I'm not paying you $3 to pocket and then extra tip on top of that. The principle of it annoys me but if the threading had been amazing I may have been willing to go back and make sure I had cash, but I've never had threading hurt as bad as when she did it. Only redeeming quality was that it was one of the only places open and there was no wait at all. Bad sign perhaps?

Best place for hair cut, beard trim and eyebrow threading. I am going to this place for last 10 year. All the time it is packed house. Best time to go for quick in and out is in the morning.

Got hair cut today and i would say the worst hair cut i have ever got,girl cut my hairs too short and in no style. I cant even go back to fix it because my hairs are already too short and the only way to fix them would be getting bald.I had to take a cap whole day and probably for couple of weeks or more than that until my hairs grow bit longer so that i can go to any better salon to get it fix.

Always good service here. Prices are excellent. I took my son here and the staff made him feel comfortable as he is only 3. I never make an appointment and the wait is never too long. Excellent salon...

Got my eyebrows threaded here a few times and all of those times were from the same lady(i never got her name) but they always turned out so good and the staff there always give compliments! the only thing is that theres a long wait period before getting what you want done. Overall these girls are nice & friendly
