DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE THICK OR CURLY HAIR!!!! They were extremely rude to me every time I went, they forced me to thin out my thick and curly hair when I went by just doing it without asking me or telling me that they were going to and they ruined my hair for the years I did go to them, I’ve only now realized the damage cause my new hairdresser is trying to explain it to me and reverse it, after stopping going my hair looks amazing, I never understood why it was so bad so I’d keep going to the place that ruined it and I ruined it more cause I trusted them with my hair, the time that ended it was when I wanted to shave my head, they told me that anyone who saw me would make fun of me, but people already did anyways because of what they did so I continued to want a shaved head cause I thought there was no reversing the damage I thought I just had to be bald or I couldn’t take care of my hair,that day they did not allow me to shave my head even though I was the one paying they instead decided to only shave me an undercut which ended up being a giant chunk taken out the back and then they just stopped and acted like that was what I wanted even though I continued to make it clear that that was not at all what I wanted, If you have thick or curly hair, just choose somewhere else they’re gonna try to turn you into a thin and straight haired woman
