I would rate this 0/5 stars My experience was very unpleasant Gino, was very rude, ignorant, and lacked communication skills with customers. All my questions were responded back with questions, attitude, and ignorant replies. He made zero effort to engage in conversation, be friendly, or pleasant. Instead he was very eager to close the store. He simply should have said he had to close instead of providing such an unpleasant service. I Asked for a roots touch up on the phone which he said was $43, at the end of the service to total was $50 CASH... NO DEBIT/CREDIT available. The total was surprising as he did not mention the accurate price on the phone .. or the mention of tax on cash.. or the unavailability of debit/credit machines. I specifically stated I wanted a dark brown root touch up.. and he went ahead and applied black. The touch up did not even cover the hair that I needed covered. Pointless & waste of time therefore, I am not happy with the entire service from GM Hair Design. Waste of $50. I do not recommend this place to anyone and I will definately not be returning to such a rude and unprofessional place. Thanks for the awful experience Gino.

Only cash???? Nice way to skip taxes and causing inconvenience for the customers to walk across the plaza and get cash from the atm. Not recommended at all.
