Worst. Took my nephew. Inattentive service. Overall lack of care. Overheard “Audrey” gossiping to her client, because she took no care to keep her conversation private. She knew her client, and proceeded to gossip about her brother-in-law, and their mutual acquaintances. So inappropriate. No idea what her motivation may be, but I would recommend no one in this small town share any personal details with their staff...

I've been a First Choice customer for many years, and if what you're looking for is a good haircut at a very reasonable price, you can't beat First Choice. And of all the First Choice locations I've used over the years, this location is the best, primarily because of the new manager, a woman named Liza. She is efficient, friendly and a very skilled hairstylist.

Went there asking for a regular 2 on the side and CUT about an inch in top. Next thing I know, she is bringing out the shaver and shaving the top of my head, giving me a buzz cut. And then I payed 20$ for it.

I phoned First Choice at 4:45pm, 15 minutes before closing to see if they had time to do a cut for my son. When I arrived there were no customers and one gentlemen paying for his cut. I brought my three boys with me and I was rudely met at the door by CARMEN the Manager. She was extremely RUDE with me and repeated to tell me that the shop closes in 10 minutes and we shouldn't have come so close to closing hour, even though I phoned ahead of time and was told it was OK. So, I went across the street to Club Cuts at 5 minutes before closing, I was only expecting to get the youngest hair done, but she insisted that they would cut all three. Now that's customer service!!! They did a wonderful job at Club Cuts!! I highly recommend Club Cuts!!!
