Sat outside of this location for 30 minutes during the hours posted on the door and no one showed up. Other stores are more reliable.

Was not happy that a stylist was hard on using the styling tool with my child when he said 'ow' she looks at me to ask me if he did not like getting his hair cut. When I answered he has no problem with it. Then a few minutes later i pointed out the red mark on the side of his head she said 'oh' and never apologized. I tipped 10% but will not go back there. You are in the wrong company if you do no like to cut kids hair nor like to be busy. So sad. Still cost $20 with tax and tip.

Rude unwilling unresponsive hair cutters at this location.... don't go to these guys they don't listen to you when you're explaining how you want your cut done
