Worst experience ever

Erica gave me one of the worst hair cutting experiences ever. She is rough and rude, though I would've brushed it off if she was actually good. No, my haircut was completely lopsided and she took off way more than I asked for. I told her I like to wear it as a mid part, so I assumed she would even out both sides. When I noticed it was uneven asked her to even it out, she responded "you asked for layers, so it's going to be uneven." - I beg to differ. She was very rough on my hair and poked me a few times (by accident). On top of that, she stopped midway through my haircut to watch the TV! I'll be going to a real salon to get it fixed, once my hair grows out. I will never come back here and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Outstanding customer experience, Farrah cut my hair & trimmed my beard she did an amazing job. This is the place I'll be going from now onwards. I highly recommend to go see her if you want a good hair cut. You can't go wrong & the price is very reasonable as well .

Farah is very honest. Tell her what you need and your budget and she will work on it. People there are so friendly too! They wonâ€™t let you go out of the salon without achieving perfection! Thanks Farah for my nice motherâ€™s day budget friendly almost balayage!

I can't express enough how much of a fantastic job Farah did on my hair with color, amazing highlights and a beautifull cut. I've been a client since day 1 and she gets better and better... Keep up the great work Farah!!

Horrible customer experience. I used to go here for my laser appointments but the lady burnt me several times (leaving scars). Very aggressive during the treatment and overall an uncomfortable experience. The other day, I went to get my eyebrows done and they lied to me about the wait time being 5 minutes. Ended up waiting ~30 minutes. The lady told me to go to the back myself and find someone else to service me which I find HIGHLY unprofessional. The prices are decent but the service is terrible. I sent a review on the email listed on their website and did not even get a response back. Would not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money.
