Amazing amazing amazing service! It's usually hard for me to get the color I want but I'm so happy I came here! The staff is so nice, I was greeted right at the door and felt very comfortable. Meagan has worked wonders! My hair comes out exactly the way I wanted it to every visit. Willow Salon is 5 star quality and I recommend them to everyone!

I was very pleased with the service - Not pleased by the request for a credit card number in order to make my next appt due to other clients not showing up for their appointment.

I am a new resident in Dundas, looking for a hair stylist/ salon. Rviews are great. I called and made an appmt. BUT before the receptionist could confirm it, she insisted on having my VISA number, in CASE I DIDNT SHOW UP! I did not expect such a small minded attitude in friendly Dundas. What an arrogant and suspicious way to treat future clients. Needless to say, I declined. DUndas has other options.
