Worst experience ever

They are very nice at first but when you have issues with the job they have done you will see the reality, my wife got colour and highlights Meaghan didn’t put highlights at the back and at the front just a few, when we called to get it done right no one reply to your email or your phone calls, on Saturday she was working I left a message for her to call she never did, customer with issues are not priority for them, I will never go back again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Poor customer service.

Amazing service, the staff is all very welcoming. Was offered beverages while I waited. I Highly recommend— they also have a spa upstairs I did not know about.

Would NOT recommend. Spent over $200 for a super rushed appointment and I still had greys showing. Clearly the whole point of my appt. was to have that covered. Went back to have my roots re-done and STILL have the same amount of visible greys, doesn't even look like I had my hair dyed. On top of that I have politely called, told them my issue and was told someone will call me back right away. Two days later, still haven't heard back from anyone at the salon. If someone had called me back I wouldn't be writing this but honestly, I feel super ripped off and under-valued as a client at this "high-end" salon. Thanks for wasting my money.

I had very good experience from team and cara , salvina understood my style requirements and gave correct suggestions. Very professional . I am sure I will be back to this place .
