I went for eyebrow waxing here . If you are thinking of going here for waxing your eyebrows please do not go here if you still want your brows to remain as your brows not a thin line on your forehead.The only instruction I gave her was to keep the thickness. She ended up waxing most of it just keeping a thin brow, I felt so bad looking at the mirror and I told her this looks too thin, she reacted by blaming my brows. She said she will fill in the brows with an eyebrow pencil instead, I had a medium thick brows and since the last 15-20 years no one had ever done my brows as bad as she did. This is my humble request to all girls out there who wants to go to this salon for waxing eyebrows, if you want to keep thick eyebrows then do no go there as the lady would literally wax 99 % of your brows and will just blame you for her mistake. If someone doesn’t know something then please do not do it or learn to do it. Do not experiment on customers who pay you. Chanal doesn’t know how to wax eyebrows because both my eyebrows ended up being a different shape as well different thickness. I have to go out like this at least for month, beacause I paid money to someone who doesn’t know how to do her job. I have never felt the urge to write a long bad review about any place ever, but i hope someone will benefit from this review and save their time, money and most importantly….your brows!!! Thank you

I walked in with a simple request: I have a preference for a different stylist. That’s all. But instead of understanding or respecting my choice as a paying customer, the lady I declined became arrogant and completely unprofessional. She started yelling at me in front of others — over my personal preference. Is this how you treat customers who politely ask for someone else? Newsflash: It’s my hair and my money. I didn’t come in to be humiliated or shouted at. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. If this is how your staff handles basic customer choices, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and telling others to do the same.

I just got my haircut today afternoon it was good in the first place until I found out that my head was cut during the lining process, I saw it after he finishes the hairline the trimmer was been pushly hard that causes bleeding into my head. I hope the barber be more watchful and aware next time he do it so no one will get hurt for the next customer. I’m saying this to improve your service and not to blame your shop

AMAZING PLACE!!! Went there on the weekend, it was quite busy. The woman who coloured my hair was absolutely amazinggg, she told me in advance on how I shouldn’t dye my hair a certain colour since I’ll kill my hair, I followed her advice and it turned out beautifully. Since it was quite busy she would go back and forth, I felt really bad it seems like she’s the only one who knows how to coloured. She was so sweet and kind! I had to tip her! Her service was amazing! And the prices, so CHEAP!!! For colour, everywhere else I went to is so expensive! Their price is amazing and so is that woman’s service! If you have her as ur stylist you’re in good hands! Please be kind to her❤️❤️
