Absolutely in love with the way my hair turned out!, They ladies were all very friendly and welcoming! I am def coming back for my highlights before grad!, I was also ecstatic that they do waxing as-well! Thanks so much guys!

I wish I could put ZERO stars for this. I bought a coupon off WagJag and they gave me the absolute worst hair cut and highlights I've ever had. I have HORIZONTAL stripes all over my head, the colour is WAY off, and the "trim" is choppy. The stylist obviously has NO IDEA how to do foils or how to cut hair. I used to take pride in my long, blonde hair and now I need to spend MORE MONEY to get it fixed. WORST HAIR CUT EXPERIENCE EVER!

I bought a WagJag coupon for this place and I am really regretting it, the place is a little hole in the wall and this should have been my very first red flag the 2nd should have been the unhappy customer that told the lady flat out she didnâ€™t like her hair, the 3rd should have been the amount of elderly ppl that were coming in and out of this salon. The ladies were all very sweet but unless your hair is silver and your 80 then this is def not the place for you! I got a dark brown color which came out a lightish red brown and the cut is just awful, uneven, and choppy and I am not a super picky person! It's unfortunate but it is what it is, I just wanted to make sure that someone else did not have to go through the same bad experience. I now have an appointment with another hair dresser to try n fix the cut.
