"Style with a Smile???" What a joke!!! This woman Marianne Verduyn is a horrible person. I called the day after my gift certificate had expired ( it expired on a holiday) to book in for the cut & style. I explained to her that I lived out of town and have a small child at home so it is hard to find any "me" time and I also explained it is my husband and I's anniversary this weekend so it would be nice to have my hair done. I asked kindly if I could book in for tomorrow (it expired on September 1st and I asked to have an apt for September 3rd). Any reasonable and kind hearted person would have taken what I had said into account and let me redeem my gift certificate. However, this trashy lady flat out refused and with her snarky little voice said she doesn't care and it's my own fault I didn't come in sooner. She said she donated this gift certificate ( I won this gift certificate at an event) out of the kindness of her heart and she doesn't owe me anything. I have never had someone who is in a customer service based business be so rude to me on the phone. She didn't care to listen to anything I said, but only cared about her selfish self. I would not support this business and I encourage whomever reads this not to as well. If you do, you are supporting a despicable human being.
