Called to make an appointment to simply trim my ends but was refused service because of my curly hair texture. The receptionist actually said the stylists said they didn't want to "touch that" They could've atleast been a little kinder and given me an explanation as to why they are unable to cut my hair if they even have one besides they that fact that they are so clueless and think our hair is so different. It's just hair and it wouldn't kill you to do a little research instead of turning away people with curly hair and referring to their hair as "that"

My family and I have been going to Hair by Nature of Ancaster for many years! We have always gotten the best service and all of the staff members are very friendly.This place is our go to for cuts, colouring and nails. I'd highly recommend booking your next haircut here!
