I don't live in Hamilton, but decided to go here as I needed a haircut and it was close to where I was staying. I walked in and was "greeted" by an old blonde lady who, apparently, is the manager or owner of the place. I asked her if there was reservations and she rudely told.me to sit down and wait. That should of been hint number one to walk out. Hint number two to walk out of the place would of been the man who's hair she was cutting before me. He ended up throwing money at her and walking out without saying anything. I thought he was simply being rude at the time, but in hindsight I completely feel for the man. When I sat down, she asked me what I wanted. I had pretty long hair at the time, and told her I wanted it short while also being able to style the front up. She scoffed at me and said I want a Caesar. I asked her what a Caesar was, and she basically rolled her eyes at me and said "ITS LONG AT THE FRONT SHORT IN THE BACK". Confused, I asked her what that meant. She just kept saying "A FINGER LENGTH". I still had no idea what she meant, but I had been to cheap hair salons before and figured, what was the worst that could happen? I agreed to the Caesar, and before I knew it she was butchering everything off without even taking a second look at my hairline or anything. The process only took about 8 minutes, but it was the worst haircut I've received in my entire life. The hair on the sides of my head are different lengths, completely choppy looking. It was WAY shorter than I intended it to be, as most cheap salons I've gone to take their time and ask me if I want the length shorter or to leave it the way it is. When I tried to take my hand up to my hair she got frustrated with me and told me to stay still. When my head happened to loll a bit to the side, she aggressively grabbed it and basically yelled at me to keep my head straight. In short, NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I am completely shocked someone like this, after all the reviews about THIS SPECIFIC PERSON, is even allowed to continue cutting hair. I wish I had read these reviews before I had gone, I definitely wouldn't of wasted my time. She is rude, unfriendly, intimidating, doesn't listen to you and will just end up doing what she wants anyways. And badly. Awful place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in and got nasty looks. The women whom cut my hair was rude and not happy. Sat in the chair for 5 minutes and cut was finished. She didnâ€™t check to see if all was even. Got home noticed long hairs. She informed me that I should brush my hair more and thatâ€™s why my hair looks bad. I WILL NEVER RETURN

I took my 7 year old daughter in today and the blonde lady (who I assume was a manager), looked up from her book for 10 seconds just to tell the hair dresser that she wasn't cutting the hair correctly. When the hairdresser hung up from a personal phone call where she was just yelling at her kids, she was quite rude advised it wasn't her fault my daughter wasn't holding her head straight - she didn't give my daughter any direction. They spoke about my daughter as if she wasn't there and the experience was just as bad as the haircut.

We brought in a special needs client today and the stuff are so accommodating and very friendly. We are also very pleased with the haircut and so is our client. I might go there for my own haircut and would recommend it to friends and families.

Went in for a quick cut, an older blond lady sat me down and told me that the haircut I wanted was wrong. She proceeded to ask me a bunch of questions about my hair and at the very end told me to get a No.2 Gentlemen cut next time and proceeded to dump all my cut hair onto my chest and lap. When I got home I realized how terrible the job was! She took shavers and gave me a bowl cut and chopped off one side of my bangs. Charging anymore than free for what she did is a rip off. Had to get it professionally fixed by a barber in lime ridge mall. In Short - cheap to get, expensive to fix. Sloppy, rude, and generally uncomfortable. Do not go here!
