As a new clinic I saw shocked at the lack of customer service. I walked in and no one was there to greet me until 5 min after I had been sitting down. ( front desk staff could have solved that issue) then I waited for 30 min when they had changed my appointment to come earlier in the first place. Finally when I met my hair dresser she was working on another client and trying to do both of us. The hair dresser called my grey hairs "buggers" and that we would just cut those out. They say they treat you like family but some clients just want a professional service especially when they are first time clients. When I was being cashed out the hair dresser set up the machine and then walked away. When I was done there was no one there to even give me my receipt. Then as I walked out the hair dresser yells from the back bye!! So unprofessional.

You know that feeling when you wake up in the morning and are surprised when u look in the mirror and you hair looks amazing.. That's how good Krissy is. I have never had a bad hair cut from her. My hair always looks great, and she cuts it exactly how I want it and understands how my hair flows. Would recommend to everyone. :)
