I have been a regular patron of Supercuts at my prior location for the past 10 years. On relocating to Oakville I naturally tried this establishment. Unfortunately the result was a disaster. The young lady that cut my hair seemed to lack confidence and didn't seem to understand how I wanted my hair styled. The end result was a very uneven cut that did not really become evident until I washed it the following morning. I will continue to use Supercuts but not at this location.

I have been there a couple of times for my Son's hair. I should NOT have gone back after the first time, as the hair cuts just got worse every time. They had a hairdresser there a couple of weeks ago, that did such a bad job, I told her to stop, and asked another hairdresser to finish it. Not going back there. They have to start hiring experienced hairdressers. Going to try a Men's Barbershop next time, same price anyway. If you go to SuperCuts....good luck :)

Worst customer service ever, please don’t go, they will waste your time, the ladies don’t want to work, as it’s not their own business, they are so slow, not organized

Been going here for over 10 years and never really had a big issue. Service was always good and reliable and I have personally never gotten a bad haircut from here. Don't bother booking online, everytime I booked online, I wait the same amount of time. Basically, when I booked online and came in, they still deal with everyone else in the shop first then you so it didn't make much sense. Here is my problem with the place that completely changed my mind and is making me now avoid going there in the future. Rehana asked who was next, and I looked around and everyone else in the shop said they were waiting for someone so I walked up and she looked right at me in a way that she knew I was next. She was still at the cash register helping someone else, while I was waiting, this is common. So, then someone comes in and sits down, then she tells me to sit down. I was confused, I thought she was just taking longer than expected. Then she calls up the guy that came in after me and tells me sorry but he booked online. So, I have booked online multiple times and it has never pushed me in front of anyone, and for this person it did. This happens after she already called me up and everything. While I was waiting, someone was getting their eyebrows done and they did an AWFUL job to the point every stylist in the shop was over there trying to fix the problem. When I got my haircut, they were all gossiping about previous customers that were in the store shortly before. Very rude and unprofessional. I refuse to come back here anytime soon.
