Disappointing Experience and Overpriced Service

I just had an unfortunate experience at J & N Fascination Hair Design. The $75 charge for a simple trim for my 12-year-old left me extremely dissatisfied, especially considering the low quality of service and the dismal state of the salon. The exorbitant price of $75 for such lacklustre service is simply unjustifiable. In an area with numerous other options available, I find it unacceptable that this salon charges such a premium for subpar results. I cannot recommend J & N Fascination Hair Design based on my experience. The rundown atmosphere, defensive lady owner, and an inflated price tag make it a regrettable choice. I hope this review serves as a caution to others seeking quality service for their money.

Nancy is great! She styles and cut my hair regularly and turns out to be really good! I even use the shampoo and conditioner she has in her salon at home, and my hair feels clean and light everytime. I also bring them with me on travels. Never again using pantene or ogx, which feels heavy after blow dry. I highly recommend this place and look for Nancy. Cheers!

Jimmy has been cutting my husband’s hair for over 15 years. He does an amazing job, very fast and professional. He always tries to fit my husband in when he calls last minute for an appointment. I would recommend him for men’s hair cuts, the fades are really good.

Jimmy always manages to style my hair the way the want. I can trust him every time. He is very consistent. His fade finish of the back of my head is particularly to the point which other barbers and hair stylists have messed up over the years.

She pulled my hair all the time and also cut my hair in a very different way from the picture. It was very difficult to communicate with Nancy because she does not speak English well. I will never repeated the experience minus hundred star😒!!!.
