I was looking for a push-up on my loop and lock extensions which Kay did for me and she was very friendly and pleasant, she also did a great job so I’d highly recommend her - my issue is with the girl who was helping Kay when I came in, who I’m fairly certain is unfortunatly one of the owners. She was was incredibly rude, constantly bringing up how hard it is to re-loop extensions and how lucky I am that Kay would do it for me at home because “look how long it takes!†I am thankful that Kay re-looped them at home for me already, you don’t need to shove it in my face. For a salon owner you clearly know very little about the services you offer and it was very clear to me that you didn’t know how to re-loop extensions based on how much you were struggling, when I go to Melissa at Romeo’s, my usual girl, she takes 5 minutes max to re-loop all of them and she does it in front of me. THAT’S what a talented stylist looks like. I wouldn’t have cared that you didn’t know what you were doing if you weren’t constantly bugging Kay about how hard it was in front of me. I was at the salon for literally ONE HOUR and was changed $169.00 “because Kay did it at home and we’re accounting for that time and it takes so long†which is INSANE, at Romeos the exact same service is $100 even. This owner literally acts like you should be SO GRATEFUL that they made time for you instead of just being happy about having a client.
