Buyer beware!!!
I came here a few months ago for a colour. My hair was already short (between my chin and shoulders) and blonde, and I just needed a balayage root touch up.
She filled in some darker strands in the process and it was perfect. She told me she would write the recipe of what she did down for next time.
Go to checkout and it was just shy of $200. Expensive for short hair, with no cut, but whatever. It was excellent.
So I go back like 2 months later for another root touch up. Same girl wasnt available, but I told them the recipe was in my file and I was really happy with it, so let's repeat with someone else. However this time I wanted a trim as well as my hair was touching my shoulders now.
So I get in the chair and she asks me if I wanted to review the cost, I said to her, "well I just want to repeat the same formula, so I think I'm good."
Evidently that was my bad.
I was in there for TWICE the time as the other stylist had me in. At one point she left to go work on someone else entirely. When she did the cut, she cut it so it was still touching my shoulders and doing that weird flip, and the bangs i requestd she made super thin. I looked like a frealing hillbilly from the south. I had to direct her on trimming, removing thickness, and bulking up the bangs. Eventually it looked close to what I had asked for, which wasn't even difficult. I had to thin it out more and bulk up the bangs more at home though (thankfully I've previously studied cosmetology.)
Then I go to check out, and it's TWICE the price. All she added was the cut, but apparently that really jacks up the cost. Then she said it was more because she's a "master stylist."
How is it that a master stylist cant even do a basic straight trim?! I later got a better look at the back, and HUGE chunks are missing colour as well.
Definitely won't be returning.
I strongly recommend you ask about pricing beforehand.
