I went to get my eyebrows waxed, I've gone here before and didn't have any issues the last two times I did them, but this is the last time I go here. I asked the lady to just clean them up like I always ask and not to remove any extra hair or make them thin. When she handed me the mirror I freaked out when I saw that she had removed literally half of my eyebrow. They were thick before and she made them pencil thin. They're not even so I can't even fix it because there's almost no hair left to mess with. One side is slightly thicker than the other though and I'm also missing hair in the middle of my right brow. I guess she was too busy talking to other customers instead of paying attention to the task at hand.

My experience was mediocre. My friend and I went for half highlights and slight trims. We were in the salon for five and a half hours by the time she finished. She pulled my hair and was not graceful in any of her movements. She touched my hair without washing her hands from her previous client, which thankfully was my friend. (With colour all over her hands!) She burnt my scalp with the hair dryer three times and my friend's hair was falling out after her highlights. She brought a realistic photo to transition to. We had to request colour be put in because she over saturated her hair with yellow highlights. She was very unclear with everything she said and she put blame on the customer at least three times. She expressed frustration and overall our experience wasn't what we wanted. My hair ended up looking okay, but I would certainly not recommend anyone coming here. She also got product in my friend's eye and rubbed her face raw to remove the colour she got all over her face and neck.

Made an appointment with my friend to get our hair done. I brought in a photo for the hair dresser to reference from. She did not listen to me and did the complete opposite. Very dissatisfied with my experience at this establishment. She did not speak to us once and then got very angry and blamed me for her mistakes. I will never return and will always suggest friends and family to go to your competitors.
