I have been going to David at Hair Tora for 8 years. Nobody cuts hair like David and Jennifer who does my color a great job. I would recommend them highly two of my friends go there now also.

Got my hair done in early august, supposed to be a light lilac with darker roots, assured it would wash out in a couple months tops. Showed pictures of exactly what I wanted, definitely not something permanent or long lasting. Not only did my hair come out all the same gross magenta colour, but I'm still trying (unsuccessfully) to get this now grown out red root line out of my hair. The rest has gone back to blonde but there's a line of 1/2" red that can't be toned/dyed out. Only option left is to bleach it out, after all the other chemical processes that have damaged my hair. I did try to go back once and get a clarifying shampoo (?) out and I ended up getting swept away by David's assistant who started to dye or tone my hair, though I specifically told them I didn't want anything other than a shampoo to try to lessen the red in it. I had told both I had an appointment to get to and ended up being 15 minutes late and missing it. Overall very disappointed in the salon as a whole, the hair dresser that initially dyed my hair and then the owner who charged me $50 to only damage it further. Should also mention that the whole process, including the shampoo and conditioner I was told I should buy cost $300. 10/10 would never recommend

I've been going to Hair Tora for almost 10 years now. I love the service and the stylists. David and Sandra are very talented and I recommend them to everyone, especially to those who comment on my hair. They are the only people I trust with my natural curly hair.
