called ahead of time to make sure they had a free chair, showed up and I was told the ONLY BARBER was gone for an hour killed time for an hour and a half came back and I was told that the barber will â€œprobablyâ€ be back in an hour , wouldnt recomend this unprofessional joke of an establishment

Went there tonight with four boys. The one wanted lines in the side of his head "steps" as we used to call them. When she was done with him it looked like one of them had a seizure while she was doing them. I've never seen something so uneven. She took a chunk out of the hair in the back of his neck before this causing him to cry because "something wasn't on right". One of the other boys had grown his hair out and we'd chosen to have a bunch removed. She trimmed the sides short like we had asked and that was basically it. The rest went every which way. After the first boys experience we were done and didn't want her doing anymore damage to the second so we said it was fine. Upon time of payment I vocalized the fact that she had done a poor job of putting the lines in his hair to which she said he had moved his head. It was three lines. Each of which was an uneven scattered mess that didn't even follow through to the front of his head. Then she begins ringing them in and charges $12.50 for three of the boys and $15 for the older one. I asked why. She said because he's over 10 years old. Nowhere on any signage does it say that. It says kids $12.50. That's it. Pretty sure an 11 year old is a kid. After leaving there I had to take the child with the uneven lines in his head to another barber shop to get his hair fixed. Terrible experience. Please contact me if you'd like to fix this.
