The workers are definitely very good at doing hair, the end result is not disappointing I must give them that, but unfortunately I find the service to be very unprofessional and the owner will change the price from the original quote she gave you as your hair is getting done, based on how long it takes or what she thinks it's worth. I will call and ask about the total price of what I want and she will tell me one thing and I will bring that exact amount of money but somehow by the end the price has gone up about $20 or $30. I think it is dishonest and unprofessional to try to get as much money out of your customers as you can just because you think they are taking up all of your time so you should charge them more. This is supposed to be a business run it like one. I will not be returning

This salon is basically a one-woman show. She is absolutely amazing and a complete gem. She actually cares about your hair and maintaining or restoring health. She engaged you in conversation and she is gentle and attentive. I've been to many salons and the service cannot be compared. It's like a family member doing your hair but at a high quality standard. It is more pricey but honestly worth it if you want your hair to thrive...plus she's basically running this on her own so in order to cover costs things have to be a little more pricey. Nothing unreasonable for salon prices though.
