Leaving me hanging at the very last minute 😳 I have a wedding this Saturday and scheduled an appointment for the morning of 2 months in advanced. I went in for a consultation a week after booking and had the appointment confirmed at that time. Just called today to ensure everything was fine and was told my appointment had been cancelled (3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING) without informing me even though my phone number had been taken down when I originally called in and confirmed when I was in for my consult. I was excited to find a holistic salon that catered to curly hair but the level of disorganization is alarming. I've been left scrambling calling all over hoping I can find a last minute appointment for 3 days from now, this is poor customer service etiquette and I'm feeling let down to say the very least.
