What great service!

I haven't even started with this salon. And it hows immideatly a bad image. So unreliable, So unprofessional. They called me 3 times to change my appointment to end up cancelling it just 1 hr before my appointment. Using too many times the word "sorry" whithout meaning it sounds more like "sorry but I don't care"-what a joke (clowns).

This is the best haircut I have ever had. Nicole Is amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted! I have never had so much fun getting my hair done. I felt like I've known everyone in the salon for years for how friendly and warm the salon is and this was my first time going! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much for the amazing experience and the fantastic hair!

Best salon in London. I love the organic products. Des makes my hair look amazing every time. Jenny gives a great massage, meeting all of my needs. The vibe of the salon is calm and relaxing. Great experience from start to finish. Can't wait to come in again.

Leaving me hanging at the very last minute 😳 I have a wedding this Saturday and scheduled an appointment for the morning of 2 months in advanced. I went in for a consultation a week after booking and had the appointment confirmed at that time. Just called today to ensure everything was fine and was told my appointment had been cancelled (3 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING) without informing me even though my phone number had been taken down when I originally called in and confirmed when I was in for my consult. I was excited to find a holistic salon that catered to curly hair but the level of disorganization is alarming. I've been left scrambling calling all over hoping I can find a last minute appointment for 3 days from now, this is poor customer service etiquette and I'm feeling let down to say the very least.
