Better than expected. Level 4 cut my hair, came out great. Price was average. Parking is easy. Convenient location.

Very disappointed with this service. My mom and I were getting our hair and make up done for a special wedding. We had a prior consultation with both the stylist and makeup artist and they agreed on what we wanted. Not only that we did not get the hairstyle that we asked for, but the makeup was very poorly done and unfinished. The appointment took longer than promised and we were running late. Despite this we were fully charged and later we did both our hair and makeup from scratch at home (never mind the huge stress we were having). When I called to discuss our concern, we were not acknowledged professionally by the respondent and no apologies were offered, which is a minimum I had expected. Not to mention that my new white dress-shirt was stained with their bronzer, which was very hard to remove and ruined my shirt. I do not recommend this place at all...I wish I had done my own hair and makeup, it would’ve looked much better without wasting so much time and money. Just my advice. Terrible experience.

Andrea and the team of stylists have been in the area for awhile. Amazing crew! New location is fantastic and best in the area. Highly recommend cuts or colouring!
