Have been a customer since the opening and the most awful thing happened in my last visit. The hairstylist’s trimmer “was not working properly” according to her and she shaved the middle of my son’s head from the bottom to the top right down to his scalp on what was supposed to be a #2 trim for his picture day haircut. I was livid but had to remain calm as did not want to have a crying 6 year old bawling as well. She waived the cost of the haircut but never in my life have a seen such a haircut disaster. She went on like it no big deal...

In my experience, this place is consistently the best place i know for a $20 haircut for men.

THE WORST haircut i’ve received in my life. i asked for 2 inches off and the lady cut around 4. my hair looks so horrible and i have an event next week. VERY disappointed. this isn’t the first time this has happened here and it will be the last. never stepping foot in this place again. the people here don’t listen.
