Melissa has been cutting my hair for 12 years now. Always very happy walking out of Chez Perrier. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She takes her job seriously, tones of passion and it shows. Thank you so much Melissa. Be sure to book an appointment with her!

I have been going to Chez Pierre to get my hair done for years & have always loved the results! I go to Melissa to get my hair toned & highlighted every couple of months. She makes sure that I am comfortable & takes her time to do an excellent job with my hair. I received a lot of compliments on the blonde tones in my after getting my hair touched up. Overall, Chez Pierre offers an excellent service for a great price, I will continue to see Melissa for my hair & I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone of my friends or family!

I have been going to Melissa for 15 years, she is informative and considerate of her clients needs. I have to respond to Godard Zakaryan’s review. Anyone who knows Mel knows that in this case this issue was with the client. If Mel said she’s not the one who works on curly hair and you opt’d to stay, it’s on you. I’m sure she did exactly what you wanted, you must have said ‘don’t dry my hair’ and she followed YOUR instructions, never would she leave a clients hair wet unless asked to, so when reviewing a person, or a business, own your part, specially since Mels reputations suggests totally opposite as you have described. Own your part.

I called and asked if they knew how to cut curly hair and was booked an appointment with Melissa. When I get there, Melissa tells me that she doesn’t know how to cut or style curly hair and repeatedly tells me that she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I wanted a simple trim. There’s about an inch of coloured hair on my ends from a previous hair dye 2 years ago and I wanted it all trimmed off. She cut off around 1cm of hair and did not style my hair at all. I go home and wet and style my hair just to see that all the coloured ends are still there and she cut essentially nothing off. I spent $50 on absolutely nothing. I’m very annoyed that they booked me with her after I specifically told them I need a CURLY cut. She was also very set on straightening my hair even though I asked them not to several times. Her attitude was very upsetting and I’m shocked that they charged me $50 after admitting they don’t know how to cut my hair and not even cutting it at all.

Melissa is amazing!! I am absolutely in love with my cut and colour. I have been to a number of different salons in Aurora and Newmarket before trying Chez Pierre. Will definitely be back. Melissa took the time to review what I wanted to get done, discussed colours and cut. The head massage while washing was heaven. I could've stayed there for hours!

Excellent Service and wonderful atmosphere. Melissa is my stylist, and she is very professional and knowledgable in her field. My colour always turns out amazing. She spends the time listening to my thoughts and concerns during our consultation, and always has me leaving with the proper at home maintenance hair care products. I can call or msg her anytime with hair questions and she will always gets back to me immediately and graciously. She's always on time and has very reasonable prices. You will not be disappointed with your visit with Melissa!!!

I cannot say enough great things about this salon!! Especially Melissa! I have been going to Mel for about 10 years and I have never been in the the slightest bit disappointed. I always leave loving my hair and colour! She always makes sure she knows exactly what it is you want and pays close attention to detail to make sure her clients are happy! Not to mention how much of an amazing and kind women she is! Could not recommend this salon and Mel more!
