Not usually one to write reviews, but this is one of the WORST experiences I have ever had. I got my hair RUINED by one of the “master” stylist to the point where it was so over processed I went somewhere else and they had to cut off over 6 inches. I could literally see and feel my hair breaking off, don't think I've ever cried that much in my life. My hair was long, healthy and soft and ever since coming here it’s been dead. Not only did I have to pay for the balayage (which was expensive on its own) but I’ve also now had to spend $100’s of dollars on Olaplex products to TRY to fix my hair. All I want is to get my hair to how it was before. If I can give you one piece of advice it would be DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! I’ve never posted a review but once I figure out how to post photos I’ll post the before and after and you’ll see the damage they did to my hair, it’s bad!! :( Adding the pictures, the left was my hair right after my appointment and the right is a couple weeks after. (ps. my hair wasn't actually that orange, it is the light) but you can see how much shorter my hair is and that my hair is now super thin, breaking and falling out. I'll be honest tho, This picture doesn't even do it justice of how bad it really was, parts of my hair weren't even reaching my shoulders from the breakage and the parts that were were breaking with every touch. My hair now it just past my shoulders with how much they had to cut,, YEARS of growing my hair out RUINED. Never been to a place as bad as this! :( This was honestly THE WORST experience I have ever had. :(
